Hearts manager odds: Betting suspended on next Tynecastle boss as money floods in for Daniel Stendel
Scottish bookmaker McBookie today suspended betting on the next Hearts manager.
Daniel Stendel has emerged as the leading contender to succeed Craig Levein over the past week and online rumours suggesting the German had already been appointed had been gathering pace over the past 24 hours.

The bookmaker tweeted at 1.30pm: “Nearly time for Daniel Stendel at Hearts? We have stopped betting now as rumours suggest it is a done deal.”
Talks are ongoing between Hearts and Stendel regarding the vacancy.
Skybet are still taking bets on the market, with the former Hannover 96 and Barnsley manager the clear 1/5 favourite.
Neil McCann, Steve Cotterill, Alan Irvine and Stuart McCall are among the others to have been interviewed since Levein was relieved of his duties four weeks ago.
