KEEPERS at Deep Sea World are celebrating the birth of more than 60 rare seahorses.

The babies are members of what’s thought to be the largest species of seahorse in the world – the Australian big-belly, which can reach up to 20cm in length. The babies, which only measure around a centimetre in length, are a major success for the aquarium’s captive breeding programme.
