Award caters for manager

Fraser Sharp, general manager for Prestige Scotland at Edinburgh’s Royal Botanic Garden, has taken the Event Catering Award at the Foodservice Management awards.

Almost 400 people from throughout the UK were nominated in 12 categories, and Mr Sharp, 34, was the only nominee from Scotland to make the short-list of 33.

Mr Sharp beat caterers from Silverstone motor circuit to take the award at a ceremony in London’s Royal Garden Hotel.
