A ROADSHOW aiming to raise awareness of the benefits of detecting cancer early is touring Edinburgh and the Lothians as part of a £30 million drive by the Scottish Government to improve survival rates for the disease.

The Detect Cancer Early Roadshow called into The Centre in Livingston yesterday and will be calling at the St James Shopping Centre in the Capital today.

It will continue to tour until March 23, when it visits Tesco at Newton Port, Haddington.
