THE VICTIMS of the massacre at French magazine Charlie Hebdo were remembered with a minute’s silence in Edinburgh.

Crowds gathered outside the French Institute for Scotland, Randolph Crescent, where the French flag was also lowered and wrapped with a black ribbon.
