The property firm behind the regeneration of part of the former site of the Fountain Brewery is moving to a new office in the city centre.
Grosvenor Developments, which is working on the £200 million transformation of the Springside site in Fountainbridge, is to move to a newly-refurbished office on Castle Street.
The company is relocating to the office at 33 Castle Street, which is owned by a client of fund managers CBRE Investors, from its existing base on Alva Street.
David Sivewright, head of Grosvenor Developments in Scotland, said: “This re-affirms our commitment to Scotland, and Edinburgh in particular, and we’re looking forward to moving into our new accommodation in November.”
Will Lawrie, of CBRE Investors, said: “We are pleased with the quality of the offices we have created at 33 Castle Street and are delighted to welcome Grosvenor to the building.”
