A MAN pleaded guilty yesterday to calling in a bomb hoax to Edinburgh police HQ in August.

Jordan Rennie, 26, a prisoner in Saughton, had a vendetta against the police, believing they had taken no action over a report he made about being sexually abused as a child.

Rennie appeared at Edinburgh Sheriff Court yesterday where the hearing was deferred for sentence until October 8. The court heard he believed that police didn’t believe he was abused.
