A DRUG dealer caught transporting £250,000 of cocaine in East Lothian has been warned to expect a lengthy jail sentence.
Kevin McConville, 33, was stopped by police officers on the A1 carriageway near Dunbar on December 15, 2011.
The High Court in Edinburgh heard that £250,000 worth of the class A drug was found in the father-of-three’s vehicle.
McConville, of Stanley, County Durham, pleaded guilty to a charge of being involved in the supply of cocaine before judge Lord Pentland.
Sentence was deferred until later this month in order for the court to obtain reports.
