A BAND of inexperienced street dancers from West Lothian has narrowly missed out on taking a world championship –
just nine months after it formed.

Pulsationz, a group which trains weekly at Livingston’s Centrex House, finished fourth in Sunday’s United Dance Organisation world championships.

The achievement by the dance troupe’s senior team, whose members range in age from 11 to 20 years, came in a hard-fought 240-strong competition.

The troupe was formed by choreographer Reiss Dunn and school teacher Morven Murray, who wanted to create an authentic street dance experience for children in West Lothian.
