A VIOLENT drunk slammed a nine-year-old boy against a wall during a row with the child’s mum.
The youngster had come downstairs because Alexander Fisher was causing a disturbance in his mother’s home.
Livingston Sheriff Court heard the boy witnessed Fisher, 39, grabbing his mum by the hair, pushing her, then banging on windows and punching a door.
Lindsey Armstrong, prosecuting, said the woman – who can’t be named for legal reasons – was a friend of the accused.
The pair began arguing when she came home to find the man and a friend “particularly drunk”.
Fisher, from West Calder, yesterday pleaded guilty to breaching the peace and assaulting the woman and her son during the incident on July 26. Sentence was deferred.
