LOOK out Krispy Kreme – fast-food rival Dunkin’ Donuts has announced plans to return to the UK.

Two decades after pulling out of the British market, it unveiled plans to open up to 200 stores across the country in the next five years.

It said it believed its “broader range” of goods, including bagels, sandwiches, Danish pastries and muffins, would win over British customers.

A quarter of the new stores are to be based in London, but there were no details available of any plans for Edinburgh.
