QMU to offer Masters Degree in complaints

EDINBURGH’s Queen Margaret University is to launch a new Masters Degree qualification for professional complaint handlers.

The new MSc Dispute Resolution postgraduate degree, launched by the university’s Consumer Insight Centre, is an accredited qualification for professionals in the workplace who deal with disputes of all types.

Queen Margaret University said the UK central government alone spends around £1.5 billion a year on professional dispute resolution.

The university course has been launched in collaboration with the Ombudsman’s associations and complaints partners
