The model, who has worked with Vivienne Westwood and walked for Mulberry and Henry Holland, said she was very excited about her upcoming film roles.

In Star Wars Rogue One, part of a standalone series of films, Eunice plays a rebel leader.

She said: “I did a small feature in Star Wars Rogue One. That was a really awesome experience. I don’t have lines but it was an incredible experience to be part of such an iconic film.

“I was originally supposed to play a nomad, but since I’m athletic I ended up playing a rebellion leader.

“There’s a small scene where I run and there’s a tank that comes after me with 20 stormtroopers. There’s loads of explosions.

“I kept getting a fright whenever the explosions went off.”

And she has also been scanned into the George Lucas Archives, meaning she will be immortalised as a Star Wars toy.

She said: “If my scene gets cut or not cut I was entered into the George Lucas Archives. I got into a 3D scanner and they did a scan.

“They scan all the characters so they can reproduce individual toys or computer games.

“I will be a toy. It was an amazing experience.”

Set before the first Star Wars film, Rogue One sees a group of rebels attempting to steal plans for the Death Star.

Absolutely Fabulous

Eunice, who hails from Edinburgh, also took part in the hugely anticipated new Absolutely Fabulous film, starring Joanna Lumley and Jennifer Saunders.

She plays herself in the movie, which also features celebrities such as Kim Kardashian, Kate Moss and Lulu.

Eunice said: “It was really exciting. It’s a good example of British comedy at its best.

“It’s a really exciting comedy. There’s loads of amazing people in it. I worked on that for five days in London.”

Eunice, who has been nominated twice for Scottish model of the Year at the Scottish Fashion Awards, plans to take part in London Fashion Week later this month, but says she is hoping to do more acting in the future.

She said: “I’m going more into acting now. It’s good to have done features on those movies just for the experience.

“I’m hoping to get some good decent lead roles in the future. I won’t be happy until I’m the lead role in a film like Kill Bill.”

Charity campaigns

She is also heavily involved in several charity campaigns, including Breakthrough Breast Cancer, which counts Kate Moss as one of its ambassadors.

Eunice has also taken part in marches for Climate Revolution, founded by fashion designer Vivienne Westwood.

And she is now helping out Zero Waste Scotland with their new campaign.

She said: “The environment is something that’s quite important to me. I like to use my profile to support causes that are good for the environment.

“I teamed up with Zero Waste Scotland so people can see the importance of reusing thing rather than throwing them away.

“As a young girl you go round to a friend’s and find an amazing dress she’s already worn once. You don’t always have to throw them away - you can swap them.

“If we do more of that sort of thing it helps reduce our carbon and waste footprint.”
