Soap Watch: Linda gives Mark a second chance

LINDA decides to give Mick a second chance this week, on the grounds that at least their relationship is nowhere near as dysfunctional as Sharon and Phil’s ‘engagement’.

She has a point, as Sharon has second thoughts about ripping the garage owner off, just as he discovers she’s been in touch with his old enemy, Marcus.


ROB panics when he overhears Owen and Gary discussing a building job at the spot where he dumped the murder weapon. He manages to retrieve it, and also comes up with a plan to prevent Ken talking to Carla, as he offers to drive his future father-in-law to the hospital. However, the scheme starts to unravel when Rob is then pulled over by the police with the evidence and stolen goods still in the boot...


MARLON and Laurel’s big day is fast approaching, but instead of practising his speech and ironing his suit, the groom is preparing by tearfully watching videos of Donna. It seems he’s not the only one still thinking about an ex, as after Marlon is late to the wedding rehearsal, Laurel confides her doubts in Ashley, and ends up moving in for a kiss.



TERESE is fuming when she gives Brad the opportunity to confess about his secret birthday dinner with Paige and Lauren, and he still says nothing. Later she confronts him, and agrees to withdraw her complaint against Paige.

There’s so much bad blood between Amber and Imogen that the latter calls in the wreckers to destroy their shared car, Hermione.


HEATH seems to be on an uphill struggle to get his family life settled at the moment, and the bad news is, the drama doesn’t look set to let up anytime soon.

He panics when he wakes up to discover Darcy has gone missing. However, it’s not long before Brax finds the youngster hiding on the beach, nursing an injured arm, and she admits that she ran away because she was worried her injury would jeopardise the custody case.

But when Darcy is withdrawn and keeps changing her statement at the hospital, Nate begins to think something suspicious may have happened, and the doc mentions to Heath that he may have to report him...



THERE’S yet more tension in the Roscoe household this week, as Freddie struggles to contain his emotions when it comes to Joe and Lindsey.

The lad has been a ticking time bomb for a while now, and he snaps this week, telling Lindsey that if she doesn’t get a paternity test soon, he won’t be keeping mum for much longer about their little secret. But will he get the answers he’s looking for?
