FESTIVE football kicked off on Christmas Day with teams made up of players from homelessness projects across the Capital.

Run by Street Soccer Scotland, the game was played at Lochend Park and was followed by a dinner and present-giving at South Leith Baptist Church.

David Duke, Street Soccer Scotland chief executive, refereed the match dressed as Santa.
