ONE of the city’s prime business locations has been bought on behalf of a private client for £2.9 million.
CKD Galbraith has purchased 106-108 George Street from Grovemoor Properties. Coffee chain Starbucks currently occupies the ground floor and basement of the premises at No 106, and has recently extended its lease to 2021. The first floor at No 108 was most recently occupied as an office. However, alternative uses are currently being investigated.
