A COURT hearing in Lithuania which could prove crucial to Hearts’ hopes of escaping administration was today delayed for a seventh time.

The hearing to appoint a bankruptcy administrator to the club’s 50 per cent shareholder UBIG is now due to take place on Monday.

Hearts cannot complete a Company Voluntary Arrangement with their creditors and exit administration until UBIG has appointed its own administrator.

The fans group Foundation of Hearts is standing by to take over the club.
