FOR youngsters looking to set out on the path to fame, a children’s theatre school in Corstorphine is holding two free taster sessions.

Razzamataz is offering young people aged four to 17 the chance to try one session in dance, drama and singing completely free with no obligation.

The sessions take place on the first two Saturdays in September.

• A fun day is taking place at Kinneil Estate in Bo’ness tomorrow, aimed at all the family.

The Roman re-enactment group The Antonine Guard will be on hand to entertain the crowds for the annual Kinneil Heritage Day. Youngsters are also being urged to dress up as Romans for the chance to win a prize.

The fun day kicks off at 12.30pm and runs until 4.30pm.

It coincides with a free open afternoon at historic Kinneil House – open from noon to 4pm.

The house – the centrepiece of Kinneil Estate – boasts some of the best renaissance wall paintings in Scotland.

Guides from the charity The Friends of Kinneil will be on hand to welcome visitors.
