Schoolchildren have marked the one year anniversary of the tragic death of Liberton High pupil Keane Wallis-Bennett.
Various assemblies took place throughout the day at Liberton High to remember Keane who died after a changing room wall in the gym collapsed.
Alongside the assemblies, a memory board was put up in the assembly hall to allow staff and pupils to pin cards and personal messages of remembrance.
Headteacher Stephen Kelly said: “The school felt it was important to pay our respects, to remember Keane and the incredible strength and support from the local community.
“This has been a very difficult year for everyone associated with the school but Keane will never be forgotten and she will always be in our thoughts.”
