EDINBURGH School of Food and Wine’s food heroes classes are offering an invaluable opportunity to cook and learn under the guidance of some of the country’s finest talents.
Each chef will demonstrate three dishes from their restaurants, after which you will go to a workstation to replicate – and then eat – each dish.
There will also be matching wines to accompany your meal.
