A MAN has appeared in court charged with sexually assaulting a 90-year-old woman in her home.
The alleged attack happened on Wednesday at a sheltered housing complex in Livingston Village, West Lothian.
Appearing from custody at Livingston Sheriff Court yesterday, Norbert Toth, 31, pleaded not guilty to committing the offence at the town’s Hanover Court.
