A MAN had a lucky escape after the car he was travelling in struck a wall in East Lothian.
The 49-year-old was taken to the ERI by ambulance but his injuries were not believed to be serious. An ambulance service spokesman said: “The car struck a wall, overturned and rolled. We had a rapid response unit and a double-crewed ambulance in attendance.”
The accident took place on the A198 between Aberlady and Longniddry at around 1.35am on Saturday.
