A MAN is in hospital after being stabbed several times in the arm, leg and body during a brutal knife attack.
The victim, believed to be Polish, was targeted in a house in Boswall Terrace, Drylaw, at around 7.30pm last night.
He was stabbed several times in his arm, leg, back and front in what is believed to have been an attack by a gang.
The man, who is around 25 years old, managed to stagger out on to the street and was found by passers-by.
He was rushed to the ERI, where his condition is described as serious. However, police said the man’s injuries were not life-threatening.
A source said: “It was a nasty attack.”
