A GROUP granted a much-needed holiday by Secret Millionaire Ivan Massow are to present him with a leather-bound book detailing their travels.

Fifteen people who attend the Pilton Equalities Project’s (PEP) Weekend Resource group took a four-day trip to Dunoon, Loch Fyne and Oban thanks to £2500 given to them by the insurance entrepreneur.

He volunteered with the charity under an assumed identity for the programme, which was screened on Sunday.

Mr Massow also presented PEP with a cheque for £17,500 to help buy a new minibus.

Now members of the group, which provides a range of activities for the isolated over-50s, are writing diaries and gathering photos which they will have professionally bound to present to him.

Manager Helen Tait said: “They are all busy working on this small project where they are putting together a collection of all the things they have done on holiday and they have got a sponsor to bind it. It’s improved their wellbeing.”
