Gok’s the Wan to turn to for dip tips
While no entrants will head along with appearance in mind – anyone who wants a few tips on making nude look good will at least know where to turn.
Style guru Gok Wan – who presented How to Look Good Naked – has given his backing to Marie Curie Cancer Care’s fundraising Skinny Dip event.
Thousands are expected to take the plunge across the UK on June 2, including in East Lothian.
Gok said: “I would love you to get your bangers out.”
Choir is well drilled

The ladies of the Edinburgh Military Wives Choir will perform at the Caledonian Hotel this weekend in aid of It’s Good 2 Give. Hosted by Forth DJ Grant Stott, they will belt out various well-known songs.

THE row over Muirfield’s unwillingness to admit women as members as it prepares to host the Open this summer rumbles on. Latest to enter the lists is former Chancellor Gordon Brown who squared up to Royal and Ancient chief executive Peter Dawson on the issue. Mr Brown said if Augusta in South Carolina can admit women members, why not Muirfield. He’s not being taken seriously by the R&A. Augusta is in Georgia.
