CONCERNS are growing for the safety of a woman who has been missing for the past four days.

Susan Dunlop, from Doon Walk, Livingston, was last seen within the Almondvale Centre at around midday on Saturday September 7.

Since then the 65-year-old has failed to make contact with friends or family and concern is now growing for her welfare.

Anyone with information as to her whereabouts are asked to contact police immediately.

She is described as white, 4ft 8ins tall with a slim build and shoulder-length brown hair. It is believed she was wearing a purple/dark blue fleece, dark coloured trousers and was in possession of a chequered shopping trolley.

A Police Scotland spokesman said: “It is very unusual for Susan not to return home, or let her loved ones know where she is and so we are keen to trace her as soon as possible and ensure she is alright.

“Anyone who has seen her since Saturday is asked to come forward.

“Similarly, anyone with any further information that can assist in locating Susan is also asked to get in touch.”

Those with information can contact Police Scotland on 101 or alternatively, the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
