Scottish Premiership top 10 attackers' influence including Ianis Hagi, Kemar Roofe, Odsonne Edouard, Kevin Nisbet and Alfredo Morelos

Ross Callachan scored the 400th goal of the Scottish Premiership season on Sunday with Hamilton’s equaliser against Rangers.

That’s 400 goals across 162 games so far in the top flight campaign – an average of almost five goals in every two matches.

But who is scoring the goals? And who is creating them?

Top scorer so far is Odsonne Edouard with 12, closely followed by Old Firm rival James Tavernier with 11 and Kevin Nisbet on the same tally.

And who is creating, and how frequently? Ianis Hagi and Tavernier lead the way with nine each followed by Rangers team-mate Ryan Kent and Celtic duo Callum McGregor and Ryan Christie all on six.

But simple counts only tell part of the story, and players who play more often will have higher counts in each chart.

So on average, who is the best performing attacker in both senses – laying on goals and scoring them?

We took a look at the key attacking contributors in the SPFL Premiership and how they performed, on average in goalscoring attacks per every 90 minutes they play.
