Dunedin Capital Partners has moved into the Saltire Court development in Castle Terrace.
The private equity firm has taken a £100,000 annual lease on the second-floor Drum suite after a £2 million refurbishment.
The company joins tenants Dundas & Wilson Solicitors, Martin Currie, KPMG and Deloitte.
Nadir Khan-Juhoor, partner at letting agent Knight Frank, said: “Dunedin Capital are a welcome addition to Saltire Court.”
The office suite overlooks the newly-completed square outside the Usher Hall. Dunedin moved from George Street.
