Councillor Eric Milligan, convener of the licensing board, said: “The Best Bar None scheme has proved to be very popular, and I’m delighted that it has proved to be such a success in Leith with 21 premises taking part.”
Cllr Milligan explained: “It allows licensed premises to provide the best service possible and also reassures the public that they can enjoy a safe and happy night out and experience everything that the area has to offer.”
