A WOMAN told a court that a former soldier accused of raping her was “into kinky stuff”.

The 39-year-old – who can’t be identified for legal reasons – admitted that she’d had consensual sex with Shaun Jewiss the first time they met.

But giving evidence from behind a screen at the High Court at Livingston, she said Jewiss, 41, later had sex with her against her wishes.

Jewiss, a chef with HM Armed Forces since 2008, denies raping six different women over a seven-year period and physically assaulting several of them.

He also denies recording videos for sexual gratification or for “humiliating, distressing or alarming” women.

The 41-year-old from Loanhead is alleged to have committed the offences at addresses in Edinburgh, Prestonpans and Dunfermline between August 2006 and April 2013.

He has lodged special defences claiming all the women consented to sex and that he had acted in self-defence. The trial continues.
