singer songwriter Billy Bragg is to host an evening of political music at the Queen’s Hall.
The November 13 event is part of the Left Field in Motion tour, which is travelling the UK to showcase politically and socially aware music.
Performers at each gig on the tour vary, with Bragg and Sound of Rum both confirmed for Edinburgh.
The idea for a tour arose after the singer took over the running of the Left Field at Glastonbury last year. It gives a platform to artists and activists addressing political and social issues.
