A FARMING student made alarming 999 calls in a drunken prank.
Jamie Forsyth thought it was funny to call Lothian and Borders Fire and Rescue Service and tell them there was a cat stuck up a tree. Minutes later he called the Scottish Ambulance Service claiming somebody had been stabbed.
Forsyth, 20, pleaded guilty at Livingston Sheriff Court yesterday to breaching the Emergency Workers Scotland Act.
Sentence was deferred.
