THE debut show of a new Scottish theatre company will be performed in Haddington later this month.
Apocalypse is the first piece of work from The Occasional Cabaret, a company formed by Catherine Gillard and Peter Clerke, former artistic directors of the renowned Benchtours.
Set during the last night on Earth, Apocalypse criss-crosses from the recent past to the relentless present, as the two hosts bravely face down an unimaginable future.
The Occasional Cabaret is teaming up with New York-based Clancy Productions for the production.
Clancy Productions’ executive artistic director, John Clancy, said: “It’s exciting to be working with such a tremendous local company.”
Apocalypse will be at The Town House, Haddington, on October 22.
