A TRAIN passenger ran the length of a carriage and flashed his backside at football fans.
Jason Leitch, 23, exposed his buttocks as his friends whooped and jeered – but police officers on the platform at Bathgate station were not amused.
And today Leitch, from Broxburn, was fined £200 after admitting behaving in a threatening and abusive manner on a First Scotrail train on November 1.
He then repeatedly swore at officers as they took him to Livingston police station.
Yousif Ahmed, prosecuting, told Livingston Sheriff Court: The police observed the accused aboard the service running down the centre aisle of the carriage with his trousers pulled down at the rear fully exposing his buttocks.
“Police boarded the train and told him to pull his trousers up.
“The accused was under the influence of alcohol but did appear to be aware of his actions.”
