A woman was cut free by firefighters after being trapped in her following a crash on the Lanark Road in Edinburgh this morning.
Emergency services received a call at 8.14am with reports of one female casualty trapped.
Two appliances from Sighthill fire station were sent to the incident.
On arrival firefighters stabilised the vehicle before using hydraulic cutting gear to remove the roof and doors.
Crews then safely removed her the female and passed her into the care of paramedics who took her to Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh for further treatment.
