A woman has been taken to hospital after a two-vehicle crash in West Lothian.
Emergency services were called to the A801 road near Avon Grange this morning, after a large van and a car collided.
A woman who had been travelling in the smaller vehicle was treated at the scene by paramedics and the Medic One fast response team.
A spokeswoman for the fire service said that crews from Livingston and Linlithgow were in attendance.
She said: “We received a call at 10.19am from the ambulance service.
“The van driver had been extricated by the ambulance service prior to our arrival.
“We were there to make vehicles safe.”
