CHEST Heart and Stroke Scotland is looking for volunteers to help run its stroke services in North Berwick and Musselburgh.
The service, which helps support people who have suffered a stroke, is staffed by volunteers and now new blood is needed in the area.
June Forsom, the charity’s co-ordinator, said: “Our community services support people who have had a stroke, helping them with communication difficulties and offering support and social activities.
“The service depends entirely on the help of local volunteers and we know that there are a lot of people in the community who have the skills we need.”
