A WOMAN has been awarded more than £4000 in damages after the car she was driving was struck by another motorist.
Nikki Graham was driving along Chesser Avenue in her Peugeot 205 when the vehicle was hit by a Ford Focus being driven by Douglas McQueen.
Ms Graham launched a legal bid for damages at the Court of Session in Edinburgh following the collision, which took place on April 19, 2009.
The court heard that Ms Graham, who lives in Dunfermline, was driving with three passengers to a sporting fixture in the Capital, but she had become lost.
One of her passengers, Susan Duncan, had already been given £1500 after suffering a minor head injury.
