Hard Rock Cafe has announced its first “Burger Bus” for a series of tours of the Capital.

The tours, which are open now, will take place every Friday throughout the summer.

They are being offered in collaboration with Red Bus Bistro.

Passengers will be able to hop aboard, grab a bite and take in the sights of Edinburgh, including the Castle, Holyrood Palace and Princes Street.

Those on tour will ride on a vintage routemaster double-decker bus and enjoy a choice of Hard Rock burgers.

Beginning at Hard Rock Cafe Edinburgh on George Street, the 80-minute tour takes place on Fridays at 6pm.

Live commentary on the bus will point out iconic landmarks such as the Scott Monument, Princes Street Gardens, Princes Street, The Meadows, Arthurs Seat, Holyrood Palace, the Scottish Parliament, the Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle and the Grassmarket.
