Police hunt man who made ‘indecent’ remark to woman in Leith

A WOMAN was left “distressed” after a man made an indecent remark to her was she walked along Easter Road.

He made the offensive comment – understood to be of a sexual nature – to the 48-year-old at around 3pm on Thursday near the junction with Gordon Street.

Police want to speak to the man, described as white with a tanned complexion, possibly of Polish origin, and aged around 22. He was 5ft 5in tall, with a slim build, thick blond hair and a swooping fringe.

He was wearing a white hoodie with bright green stripes and dark trousers.
