Edinburgh are through to the Murgitroyd Masterton Trophy final for the first time in their history after defeating Stuart&Stuart Penicuik in the last four.
The Baillie Gifford ESCA Championship outfit went into the home tie at Campbell Park on the back of a confidence-boosting league win over Holy Cross.
And they took that form into the T20 clash, batting first and posting a daunting 153.
Penicuik needed their key batsmen to fire if they were to chase down the runs required, but they got off to a poor start when Sean Taylor was out within the first two overs.
They then lost another wicket before Chris Cash and Stuart Chalmers did their best to rebuild the innings, taking the visitors to 32-2 after nine overs bowled.
However, with 122 runs needed in the next 11 overs it was always going to prove tricky and the Edinburgh bowlers kept up the pressure and eventually Penicuik were 113 all out in the 19th over.
Edinburgh now await the winners of the second semi-final between Mazars Grange and Watsonians.
The final is due to be at Grange Loan on July 3.
