Capital side Morton were celebrating last night after they made it through to the final of the Cricket Scotland Small Clubs Cup.

The bowlers put in a great effort to bowl out Bon Accord for just 80, Senthil Nathan leading the way with four wickets for the loss of just nine runs.

The Morton batsman then struggled in their reply and wickets kept tumbling at regular intervals.

However, they got home in a tight finish with one wicket in hand.

They now progress to the final on July 26 and they are having a great summer.

In the final they will play either Tranent or Cults/St Ronald.
