HEARTS captain Alim Ozturk has been named in PFA Scotland’s Premiership Team of the Year for season 2015/16.

The defender is the only Tynecastle representative in the side, which includes four Aberdeen players and two from reigning champions Celtic.

Ozturk has been a steadying influence for Hearts in his second season in Scotland. He was appointed captain last summer and, after overcoming a hernia injury that required surgery, helped the Edinburgh club qualify for Europe.
