Hearts have five players and Hibs two in the Scotland Under-21 squad named today for the European Championship matches against France and Iceland next month.

Coach Ricky Sbragia has included the Tynecastle quintet of Jack Hamilton, Jordan McGhee, Callum Paterson, Billy King and Sam Nicholson in his 23-player squad along with Hibs’ John McGinn and Jason Cummings.

The young Scots face France at Pittodrie on Saturday, October 10, and Iceland at the same venue the following Tuesday.
