Hibs youngsters Jason Cummings and John McGinn have been nominated for two more top awards by their fellow players.

Top-scorer Cummings and Scotland midfielder McGinn are already in the running for PFA Scotland’s Championship Player of the Year Award, but are now also in contention for the union’s Young Player of the Year prize.

Also nominated in that category are Rangers winger Barrie McKay and Celtic defender Kieran Tierney who, like McGinn, won his first Scotland cap in last month’s friendly against Denmark.

Former Hibs striker Leigh Griffiths, who has scored 38 goals for Celtic this season, has been nominated for PFA Scotland’s Player of the Year award along with Aberdeen’s Jonny Hayes and Dundee pair Kane Hemmings and Greg Stewart.

The winners will be announced at PFA Scotland’s annual dinner in Glasgow on Sunday.
