Out-of-contract Hibs goalkeeper Tomas Cerny has for Premiership club Partick Thistle.

Cerny, who arrived at Easter Road in January on a six-month contract as back-up to Mark Oxley, failed to make a first-team appearance for the Championship outfit.

However, Partick Thistle boss Alan Archibald has handed the 30-year-old Czech a one-year deal, with the Jags looking for a new No.1 after Scott Fox left to join Ross County last week.
