Bathgate Thistle are looking to get their promotion bid back on track tomorrow after a poor run of results which has seen them take just six points from their last eight league games.
The Premier League side face Dundee Violet at Creamery Park as they eye a third-place finish which would ensure a play-off for promotion to the Super League.
Bathgate boss Bob Main bemoaned his side’s luck with injuries as the reason for their recent slump.
He said: “We started the season really well, but we haven’t done so well in recent weeks Seven players were injured over the Christmas period, so that pegged us back a wee bit.
“We are aiming for third place. It’s going to be hard, but it’s not out of our reach.”
With a squad now close to full strength, Bathgate are looking up the table as they bid to rediscover the excellent early season form which saw them lose just one of their opening eleven games.
Elsewhere, Fauldhouse United can continue their assault for the Premier League title if they win away to lowly Montrose Roselea, while Penicuik Athletic will be looking to bounce back from their Scottish Junior Cup exit to Irvine Meadow when they travel to face Livingston United.
