KELSO UNITED took the lead midway through the first half of this Central Taxis First Division clash when Jordan Lauder floated a corner to the back post and Steven Tait rose to head powerfully into the net beyond the visitors’ goalkeeper Mikey Couser. The home side increased their advantage in the 73rd minute when a free-kick from substitute Graeme Gillie found Chris Black in the box and the midfielder headed home from six yards.
