Musselburgh boss David McGlynn has called on his side to build on their bright start to the season when they host newly-promoted Ballingry in the only Super League game of the weekend.
The Olivebank side sit in sixth place with ten points from their six games so far, and are at full strength for the visit of the Fife outfit.
“I’m happy with our performances in recent games, apart from the defeat by Broxburn,” said McGlynn. “We played really well last week against a top side in Bonnyrigg so I’m confident we can get a result tomorrow. The players have set themselves a good standard.”
Musselburgh have already beaten Ballingry in the league this season, winning 2-1 in Fife last month, but McGlynn said: “They had a lot of players missing last time and they are back now. It took a late goal from Linlithgow to beat them at Prestonfield recently so it will be a harder game this time.”
