Kingsknowe’s Allyn Dick has made another addition to his impressive golfing CV.

It follows him joining forces with Shotts man Gregor Suttie to make a successful defence of the Scottish Golf Pairs Challenge.

The pair came out on top again after five rounds played at Kirriemuir, Alyth, Strathmore, Glenisla and Blairgowrie Rosemount.

“This is the second year we’ve competed in this tournament and, once again, we’ve met some brilliant people and had a great time,” said Dick.

His successes include two Scottish Mid-Amateur titles, a bunch of Scottish Order of Merit wins and victory in the Lothians Championship.

He was also in the Carrickvale side that won the Scottish Club Championship in 2010.
